Discover the power of NeuroSomatics an intentional and therapeutic engagement with your body, mind, and experiences  that awakens your life force, activates embodied bliss, and cultivates lasting emotional and physical resilience.

Do you long to reclaim the boundless energy and wonder you felt as a child to rediscover your passionate carefree spirit?

The key to reigniting your vibrant energy and restoring your sense of delight a natural and untamed part of your being may already be within you, waiting to be set free through a powerful blend of mindful movement, breathwork, creative expression, and embodied awareness practices designed to rewire your brain for bliss.

Psychotherapist Rachel Fleischman, an expressive arts therapist and founder of Dance Your Bliss, shares that your body holds a deep reservoir of energy and wisdom, which can often become depleted by stress, trauma, or simply the challenges of everyday life.

The good news? With Rachel’s years of dedicated study and practice in the specialized field of NeuroSomatic healing, she can guide you to reclaim the fullness of your essential life force and channel it into every aspect of your life to build resilience, presence, and an extraordinary sense of bliss.

At the heart of NeuroSomatics lies the recognition that your body is a dynamic system of energy, emotions, and memories, intricately connected to your mind. By activating this system with mindful practices, you can regain the natural flow of energy within, shifting from stress, fear, and self-judgement to play, creativity, and radical self-acceptance.

During this uplifting event, Rachel will help you find a pathway back to curiosity, wonder, and awe. Through her NeuroSomatic techniques, which include embodiment practices, movement, journaling, meditation, and more, you can learn to work with your body to stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system (relax, rest, and restore) in ways that release tension and increase neuroplasticity  your brain’s ability to rewire itself for healing, adaptability, and ease.

Rachel’s approach can reconnect you with your body and anchor you firmly in the present moment, creating a sanctuary of emotional and physical safety in which you can rediscover and amplify your capacity for happiness and healing.

Rachel will also lead you through two practices that include rhythmic breathing, joyful memory visualization, and light movement designed to help you shake off tension, connect to your bliss, and create a sense of ease and balance.

You’ll learn how to better collaborate with your body rather than work against it to nurture emotional equilibrium, boost your energy, and transform not just how you feel, but how you engage with life.

During this one-hour experiential workshop, you’ll explore:

  • How embodiment is an essential foundation of happiness  and how connecting with your body fosters emotional clarity, resilience, and joy
  • Two intentional movement processes the “Stress Reset Shimmy” and the “Joy Spiral Reset” to experience how rhythmic, mindful practices soothe your nervous system, promote emotional safety, and reignite your energy
  • The superpower of neuroplasticity, which unlocks your brain’s natural ability to adapt and heal, creating lasting transformation at any stage of life
  • Why embracing yourself with radical acceptance, self-compassion, and kindness is essential for releasing limiting beliefs and fostering lasting growth
  • How engaging your body is a gateway to trust and clarity, empowering you to navigate transitions and challenges with confidence and grace

With Rachel, you can explore your physical and emotional landscape with compassion, rewire your nervous system, and rediscover your innate vitality and fire.

When you attend, you’ll also be among the first to learn about Rachel’s upcoming 7-week live video course. In this in-depth journey, you’ll delve deeply into NeuroSomatics and your body’s innate wisdom and move toward revitalization, creativity, and authentic happiness as a core experience of life.

“‘Thank you’ doesn’t even scratch the surface.”

Let me tell you, I am a stiff, middle-aged white guy... somewhat intellectual, even aloof... I shy away from most group activities. I found myself spinning around the room, arms flying, shoulders swinging, sweatier and happier by the end! “Thank you” doesn’t even scratch the surface.
